Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I choose between screen printing and direct to fabric?

A:  Screen printing is great for large orders with bold, simple designs needing precise color matching (business or school logos, brands). The direct to fabric process is best suited for small orders with many colors and a lot of detail. Still unsure? Not to worry! Our skilled staff will evaluate your project and direct you to your best choice.

Q: Where can I go to see what promotional items are available? Do you print the promotional items in house or outsource them?

A:  We outsource the printing of our promotional products so that we can focus in house on what we do best! Click here to see what products we have access to.

Q: What is the minimum for a shirt order?
A:  It depends on what method you are going to use.
Screen Print- 12 item minimum, but are always open to printing smaller runs at a slightly higher price per item.
Direct to Print- no minimum
Embroidery- no minimum

Q: Can you take large orders?
A:  Absolutely!

Q: How long will my order take?

A:  Orders take 5-10 business days. If you need your order turned around faster than that, there is a rush fee that varies depending on how many days we have to cut from our scheduled production time.

Q: How and when do I pay for my order?

A:  We accept cash, check, or credit card. For small orders, 100% of your total is due upfront. For larger orders, 50% is due upfront and the remainder is due when you pick up your order.
